銀行業一直是兩岸民眾眼中的金飯碗。但中國大陸平安銀行員工日前爆料，指自己今年只拿到人民幣1元（新台幣4.6元）的年終獎金，坐隔壁的同事只拿到3元，甚至有同事拿不到獎金還被倒扣。

北京青年報報導，平安銀行10日發放了今年的年終獎金。但1名北京零售部門員工爆料說，「年終獎剛下來，1塊錢整，隔壁同事好一點，3塊多」，「我想知道它是發紙幣還是硬幣」。
另有1名平安銀行員工透露，自己也只領到5.62元的年終獎金；甚至有同事不僅拿不到年終獎金，還要被倒扣。
1名中國大陸銀行從業人員表示，在她看來，銀行普遍按績效考核，績效不好，獎金自然就少，拿不到獎金也是正常。但銀行收入「真與『慘』字靠不上邊，雖然年終獎有所下降，但銀行業的絕對收入水準依然可以傲視絕大部分行業」。
平安銀行對此表示，年終獎金與績效排名呈掛鉤關係。績效排名靠後墊底的員工，獎金會降低，甚至會沒有年終獎金，這類員工的比例約占5%；至於大部分績效居中的員工，獎金與去年「基本持平」；績效優秀的單位及員工，獎金還會成長。
至於其它銀行，在北京，有一部分到21日為止還沒發放年終獎金，員工也不知道具體數額。但大部份員工明確表示「肯定會比去年少」，有人甚至預計會大減30%，因為去年業績不太好。
